The purpose of this Site is to provide a simple, convenient, and cost-effective service to consumers, linking them to suppliers/sellers in their area that offer vast options of wholesale. Interactive site allows customers to build and submit orders at the click of a button.
By joining, members can view their order history, rate past orders, introduce friends and earn discounts.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, TechStrobe Limited. provides this Site and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of this Site, or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not accept any liability from our service partners.
AVAILABILITY
This Site may be unavailable at certain times to allow for maintenance and upgrades. Although we will endeavour to notify customers in advance of any service unavailability, this cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to alter or withdraw the service at any time.

You are not allowed to register multiple memberships for use by the same person. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your membership.

PLACING AN ORDER
TechStrobe Limited. endeavours to deal with reputable third parties who provide a quality service, however TechStrobe Limited. accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality or quantity of any goods delivered by or collected from said third parties. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check the supplied goods for an order.
All questions regarding goods shown on this Site should be directed to the partner seller/supplier. We are not the Data Processor for any third party suppliers.
After you submit an order to us, we will give you an Order Number and send the details of this order in a notification on That mart App or SMS or email. Please note that this is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance.
Acceptance of your order will only occur when we send you a further notification on That mart App or SMS or email confirming that the partner seller/supplier has received and accepted your order. If the partner seller/supplier is unable to fulfil your order you will receive an notification on That mart App or SMS or email stating that your order has been declined.
Please make sure the email address and contact number you provide is correct and your mobile and mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this number or email address.
All preparations and deliveries are the sole responsibility of the partner accepting the order. Please be aware that the partner will do everything they can to meet the delivery time specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond their control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address (including postcode), email address and contact telephone number when ordering.
Members can track the progress of their orders by viewing their Order History.
1. ThatMart does not allow sell of Alcohol and Cigarettes - Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18. Cigarettes are not for sale to minors under the age of 16. Orders containing either alcohol or cigarettes can therefore not be accepted from minors.
If any partner is noticed to be selling Alcohol or Cigrattes or any non-premitted items on That Mart platform, necessary legal actions will be taken or a heavy fine (penalty) will be imposed and the store will be banned from doing business indefinitely.
2. Payment - Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the partner. The partner has sole responsibility for this order. Any payments are not made directly to the partner fulfilling the order until delivered. If you have chosen to pay with credit or with debit card on the Site, then the transaction is processed by TechStrobe Limited. as an authorised agent of the partner. All prices are inclusive of VAT and quoted in British (Sterling) Pounds. Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual partner. Any delivery charges or card fees will be displayed clearly in your Order Summary. Prices are subject to change and all goods are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation - You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is sent to the partner. Normally, this is approximately before the time partner confirms the order, for your requested delivery or collection of the order. Members can cancel an order via their Order History. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information. An order may be subsequently cancelled by a partner after you have received an email stating the order has been accepted. TechStrobe Limited. and our partners reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
CUSTOMER RATINGS
The ratings contained on this Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice. Nor should you rely on ratings to make (or refrain from making) or take (or refrain from taking) any action. Ratings are the opinions of customers who have ordered through the Site, and any statements, advice or opinions made by such customers are those of such customers only.
LOYALTY POINTS
Members of the Site have the opportunity to collect loyalty points when ordering from participating partners (indicated by the presence of a special icon) if enabled by partners.
A loyalty point may be earned when an order is placed with a participating partner on the Site and the order is Accepted and filled by the given partner. Points are collected against individual partners, so a point from partner A applies only to partner A, and may not be redeemed at partner B, or any partner other than partner A.
You may earn a maximum of 1 point per partner per day. Please note that whilst you can earn points on any day of the week that you order, they can only be redeemed Monday - Thursday.
Rates of discount may change without notice for collected points, and the offer may be withdrawn either from individual partners or from the whole of the Site without prior notice and with immediate effect. In such circumstances, any discounts due and points collected will be void, and neither the partners nor ThatMart.co.uk may be held liable for any losses incurred as a result.
Loyalty Point has no cash value. The offer is non-exchangeable and may only be used as described in these Terms of Use.
PROMOTIONS
1. Winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Failure to claim a gift, prize, or other promotional item by the time or in the manner specified for the particular promotion (or if no time is specified, within 15 days from the promotion closing date) will make any claim invalid and TechStrobe Limited. may re-allocate the prize. No responsibility is accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
3. Competitions and promotions are open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of TechStrobe Limited, their associated, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including the third-party promotional partners.
4. Winners are selected at random, unless stated otherwise.
5. Completion and submission of an online competition entry form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, a competition cannot be conducted as specified. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
8. The Promoter of the competition can be That mart or any of its partners. However, the prize fulfilment will be governed and managed by TechStrobe Limited. All standard terms & conditions apply.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to decline a new registration, terminate your right to link to the Site, remove you as a user of this Site, and/or prevent any further use if you violate any of the Terms of Use. If we consider there to be a risk of liability or loss to us or our partners, we may take any action deemed necessary to prevent such a liability or loss from occurring.
If we terminate your right to link to the Site, you must cease linking to the Site immediately. Any person who holds a suspended or terminated membership must not order from or re-join this Site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms.
Please note that we have the ability to trace your IP address, and if necessary, contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms of Use.
ENFORCEABILITY
If any parts of these Terms of Use are deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any matter relating to this Site shall be governed by the UK law and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom.
WALLET
  1. ThatMart Wallets are specially meant for use by Customer, who can “Earn & Buy from Wallet”. Cancelled order refunds may be directed to the Wallet, instead of being transferred back to card, or bank account. TechStrobe holds all the rights to decide how to manage refunds and will have email communication discussion with you so as to facilitate the refund, please refer Refund Policy page.  
  2. ThatMart Wallets have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
  3. Any unused balance will be available on 'My Account' on ThatMart.co.uk.
  4. If the order exceeds the amount available in the wallet, the balance must be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  5. To redeem wallet amount, you must select Account wallet Balance during checkout to use the wallet amount for a purchase.
  6. Normal TechStrobe Limited. terms and conditions of purchase and for using the ThatMart.co.uk website apply.
  7. Please note that some products available for sale on the ThatMart.co.uk website may not be purchased by persons under a specified age.
  8. ThatMart.co.uk is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
